| A split system is a simple installation, normally fitted in around 3h. It is comprised of an outdoor unit (compressor) and an indoor fan unit (header). They can be reverse cycle, so they heat and cool. Or they can be cooling only (cheaper). These units cool single rooms but can be extremely powerful and keep large common areas such kitchen/lounge/dining rooms comfortable. Smaller units in bedrooms can help you sleep. | ||
